折冬梅，女，1970年8月出生，陕西米脂人，农药化学研究方向。副研究员，硕士生导师。
1992年获北京农业大学应用化学专业学士学位，1999年获中国农业大学农药学硕士学位，2010年年获中国农业大学理学博士学位。1999-2003年中国农业科学院原子能利用研究所研究实习员，2003年至今，中国农业科学院植物保护研究所。
折冬梅从事同位素标记及农药职业暴露评估研究，在国内最早开始从事农药职业暴露评估研究，开展放射性及稳定同位素标记工作。先后主持国家支撑计划及公益性行业子课题。在农药人体安全及同位素标准物质研究等方面取得一定进展。起草职业暴露评估相关行业标准2项、申请发明专利20多谢项。在sci刊物发表论文10余篇。
