张志想，男，山东成武人。博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。
2007年毕业于湘潭大学，生物工程专业，获工学学士学位；同年9月进入中国农业科学院研究生院学习，硕博连读，植物病理学专业，2012年获农学博士学位。硕博连读期间赴日本弘前大学联合培养1年。2012年8月进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物病害研究室工作至今。
主要从事果树病毒和类病毒研究工作。包括：病毒病害监测及诊断、病毒鉴定及检测技术研发、新类病毒发现及分类、利用啤酒花矮化类病毒（hsvd）和黄瓜的组合为模式系统揭示类病毒与寄主相互作用。在plos pathogens、frontiers in microbiology、journal of general virology、plant disease等杂志上发表论文10余篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金2项，还参与政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项、现代农业产业技术体系（桃体系）、公益性行业（农业）科研专项等项目。
