杨凤环，女，1982年9月出生，河北雄县人，现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副研究员。
2003年于河北农业大学大学毕业，2008年获河北农业大学森林保护学专业硕士学位，2012年获中国农业科学院植物病理学专业农学博士学位。2012年至2014年中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究工作，获中国农业科学院2014年度优秀博士后称号；2014年8月任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所助理研究员，2017年1月起任副研究员。
杨凤环主要从事细菌信号分子与毒性调控机理方面的研究工作，以水稻白叶枯病菌为研究对象，对第二信使c-di-gmp信号的代谢、传递及毒性调控进行了一系列的研究，并取得了一定的进展。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助及面上资助项目各一项，参加国家自然科学面上项目、国家重点研发计划等项目。在molecular plant-microbe interactions、molecular plant pathology、environmental microbiology、applied and environmental microbiology等国内外刊物发表研究论文10余篇。
