李祥瑞，女，1982年出生，山西人，博士，副研究员。2004年获山西农业大学理学学士学位，2008年和2011年在中国农业大学昆虫系取得硕士和博士学位。2009-2011年，在美国肯塔基大学昆虫系工作两年，期间赴美国麻省医学院进修。2011年进入中国农科院植物保护研究所工作，主要从事农业重要害虫分子生物学及防控关键技术的研究。工作以来主持国家自然科学基金2项，累计经费82万元；参加小麦产业技术体系、十二五科技支撑计划、转基因重大专项、国家重点研发计划、农药减施增效技术集成与示范等项目，累计经费444万元。主编或参编著作5部，授权专利6项，发表研究性论文40余篇，培养研究生3名。
