蒋红云，女，1963年10月生于湖南省桃源县。博士，研究员，博士生导师。
1985年7月毕业于华中农业大学植物保护专业获学士学位；1990年6月毕业于华中农业大学农业昆虫专业，获硕士学位；2007年毕业于中国农业大学农业昆虫与害虫防治专业，获博士学位。1985年6月至1987年9月在华中农业大学植物保护系工作，1990年6月至今，在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作。主要学术兼职有：中国植物保护学会植保产品技术推广委员副秘书长和北京市农药学会理事等。现为农业部农产品质量安全生物性危害因子风险评估实验室副主任、农业部农药应用评价监督检验测试中心副主任。
蒋红云长期从事植物源农药研发、农药环境毒理学以及食品安全研究。获国家科技技术进步二等奖2项、中华农业科技奖科研成果一等奖1项和广东省科学技术进步二等奖1项，发表论文60余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表sci论文10余篇，主（参）编著作5本，获授权专利10项。主持国家重点研发计划项目1项，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，先后参加转基因重大专项、国家科技基础条件平台工作重点项目、果品与蔬菜产品生物性危害因子风险隐患摸底排查与专项评估项目、公益性行业科技（农业）专项等多项。
