郭立华，女，中国农业科学院植物保护研究所研究员，博士生导师。
1994年毕业于内蒙古农牧学院获农学学士学位，1997年毕业于内蒙古农牧学院获农学硕士学位，2003年毕业于中国农业大学获理学博士学位，2003-2007年中国农业大学植保学院博士后，2004-2005年日本冈山大学博士后，2015-2016年加拿大农业部伦敦研究与发展中心访问学者。
主要从事生防真菌病毒资源的发掘与利用研究，具体涉及真菌病毒的分子鉴定，真菌病毒、真菌与植物三者间互作的分子机制与协同进化研究，真菌病毒生物农药的研发。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、转基因作物新品种培育重大专项子课题、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、948计划子课题等各类科研课题。在science advances，nucleic acids research，journal of virology，virology，virus research，plant pathology等杂志发表研究论文40余篇，其中sci论文30余篇，授权专利9项。获中华农业科技二等奖1项、北京市科技二等奖2项、中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖1项、中国植保学会科技一等奖1项、中国农科院杰出科技创新奖1项、中国农科院科技成果二等奖1项。2016年中国农科院优秀硕士论文指导教师。获2020年中国农科院八大科学发现之一。
