高玉林，男，中国农业科学院植物保护研究所研究员，博士生导师，农业农村部“神农青年英才”，中国农业科学院“农科英才”创新型领军人才。兼任国际昆虫学会理事、国际生物防治组织副主席、中国农业科学院国家薯类作物研究中心副主任、国家马铃薯产业科技创新联盟理事、马铃薯等茄科作物害虫生物防治国际工作组总协调人。
主要从事马铃薯块茎蛾、马铃薯甲虫等马铃薯害虫监测预警与绿色防控研究工作，先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目课题、国际合作专项等项目10余项，发表学术论文160余篇，出版英文著作6部，先后三次受邀为昆虫学顶尖期刊annual review of entomology撰写综述文章，并担任pest management science、journal of pest science、entomologia generalis等多个昆虫学sci期刊执行主编、副主编和编委。
