李克斌，男，1968年生，研究员，博士。曾经从事迁飞昆虫的生理生化工作，目前重点开展地下害虫综合治理及绿色控制技术研究，主持与地下害虫治理基础相关的项目包括国家自然科学基金，国家重点研发计划课题，agritt国际合作项目，科技部来华杰出青年科学家项目，公益性行业（农业）科研专项课题等6项科研工作。并作为骨干参加国家高科技平台重点项目、国家重点基础研究发展规划（973）项目、国家科技攻关，国家社会公益专项重点项目，国家科技创新项等项目的研究工作。发表论文178篇，其中sci论文23篇，获得地下害虫相关的发明专利7项，主编著作1部，参编著作5部。获农业部科技进步奖、神农中华农业奖各1项；农业部成果鉴定1项。
