陈 威，男，博士，中国农业科学院植物保护研究所研究员，博士生导师。国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者，入选中国农业科学院“农科英才杰出青年英才”和“青年创新专项”。
2011年获大连理工大学生物技术专业理学学士学位，2018年获大连理工大学生物化工专业工学博士学位，同年进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究，2020年留所工作，2021年聘为副研究员，2023年聘为研究员。
主要研究方向包括：①绿色农药新靶标发掘：发现农业病虫害特有的或与人/畜同源蛋白质具有显著差异的关键蛋白质，作为绿色农药新靶标，解析新靶标结构，发现靶标结构特异性；②绿色农药新先导开发：基于靶标结构，通过对天然产物等筛选开发新先导，为绿色农药提供结构起点，解析靶标与先导化合物的复合物结构，阐明作用机制。先后主持国家自然科学优秀青年基金、面上项目、青年基金和中国农科院青年创新专项等，在nature、biotechnology advances、journal of agricultural and food chemistry、journal of biological chemistry 等期刊发表论文20多篇，授权发明专利3项。获中国农业科学院“优秀博士后”称号和“中化扬农农业化学新秀奖”。
