李珊珊,研究员,博士生导师。研究方向:微生物农用天然产物合成生物学。2012年获天津大学生物化工专业工学博士学位。2013-2017年在中国科学院微生物研究所进行博士后研究。2017年至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物病虫害综合治理全国重点实验室工作。入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划(2021年)、中国农业科学院“农科英才”领军人才(b类,2022年)、青年英才计划d类(2017年)。

微生物天然产物农药在保障我国粮食安全和服务绿色农业生产中具有不可或缺的战略地位。我们的工作立足我国对微生物天然产物农药的重大需求,聚焦微生物天然产物农药研发前沿,致力于突破微生物天然产物农药高产菌种开发过程中的关键科学难题与技术瓶颈。通过建立一系列基于合成生物学的技术平台,建立了放线菌天然产物农药“从代谢调控机制解析到高产菌构建”的研究体系,以理论认知指导菌株改造,实现了阿维菌素、米尔贝霉素等多种重要农药高产菌株的开发。

围绕上述研究内容,在nature biotechnology、science advances、science bulletin、current opinion in biotechnology等期刊发表研究论文三十余篇,包含高被引文章1篇、亮点文章2篇;主持国家级科研项目5项;授权发明专利5项,作为骨干参与菌株开发项目3项,获得黑龙江省科技发明一等奖2项(2021年第2完成人,2018年第7完成人)。多次受邀在国际化学生物学女科学家论坛、农药学年会、植保学会年会、生物化工青年论坛等国内外重要学术会议上做学术报告。担任frontiers in microbiology,frontiers in fungal biology编委和《农药学学报》首届青年编委,并为acs synth. biol., app. microbial. biotechnol., front. microbiol.等多个期刊审稿。
