王冰,女,1983年11月出生,河北宣化人。中国农业科学院植物保护研究所研究员、博士生导师。
2007年获河北农业大学动植物检疫专业理学学士学位,2010年和2013年先后获中国农业科学院农业昆虫与害虫防治专业农学硕士学位和农学博士学位,2013年至2017年在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所昆虫功能基因组开展博士后研究工作。2016年晋升为副研究员。2017年9月加入昆虫功能基因组留所工作,入选青年英才计划“d”类人才。
王冰博士长期从事植物-害虫-天敌三级营养关系之间的化学通讯研究。以反向化学生态学为理念,采用比较组学的方法,利用爪蟾卵母细胞体外表达系统,转基因果蝇异源表达系统,双电极电压钳技术,单细胞记录技术,rna干扰技术以及crispr/cas9基因编辑等技术手段,系统性地开展昆虫嗅觉识别的分子和神经机制研究,以气味受体基因为靶标筛选影响昆虫行为反应的活性分子,阐明昆虫感受化学信号的传导通路,建立嗅觉受体和昆虫行为之间的关系,证实以气味受体为靶标筛选昆虫行为调控剂是可行性的,从而开发昆虫驱避剂和引诱剂等行为调控剂,为发展绿色环保的害虫防治策略提供新思路和新方法。
主持重点研发政府间国际科技创新合作项目,国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金项目,博士后基金面上和特别资助项目等。发表科技论文20余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在current biology、insect biochemistry and molecular biology、pest management science等sci刊物发表论文10余篇,申请发明专利3项,授权发明专利1项。获得第十六届北京昆虫学会青年优秀科技论文基础研究类一等奖。
