曹立冬,1980年出生,河南南阳人,研究员,现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农药研究中心副主任,2020年入选第五批国家高层次人才计划和中国农业科学院农科英才计划b类人选。2003年7月获郑州大学化学学士学位,2008年7月获中国科学院上海有机化学研究所有机化学理学博士学位。2009年1月到瑞士伯尔尼大学化学与生物化学学院进行博士后研究,2011年6月到中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作,主要从事农药功能型载体材料制备及应用和农药质量控制与检测技术研究。
主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题等国家和省部级项目6项,作为项目负责人主持企业委托的农药原药全组分分析项目200多项。近年来以第一作者和通讯作者发表论文50多篇,授权国家发明专利8项,参编著作2部,获中华农业科技奖2项、中国农科院青年科技创新奖1项。现担任第十届全国农药登记评审委员会委员、中国植物保护学会第十三届理事会理事、北京市农药学会副秘书长、《现代农药》和《农药科学与管理》等期刊编委。
