余超,男,湖北京山人,现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副研究员、硕士生导师。
2007年获河北农业大学植物保护专业学士学位,2010年获福建农林大学生物防治专业硕士学位,2014年获中国农业科学院植物病理学专业博士学位;2014-2017年在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究工作,获2016年度中国农业科学院优秀博士后称号;2017年进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物与细菌互作课题组工作至今。
研究方向为植物与病原细菌的互作机制解析,主要包括水稻白叶枯病菌重要致病因子的调控机制,病原细菌诱导的水稻免疫机制,水稻抗生物胁迫和非生物胁迫共调控通路等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和中国博士后科学基金特别资助各1项。在mol plant pathol,front microbiol,plant cell physiol,int j molsci,rice,bmc microbiol等国内外刊物发表研究论文10余篇。
