战斌慧，女，山东烟台人，现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副研究员，硕士生导师，中国农业科学院优秀博士后，入选北京市科协“青年人才托举工程”和中国农业科学院植物保护研究所“青年英才计划”所级培育工程。
2009年获山东农业大学植物检疫专业学士学位，2016年获中国农业大学植物病理学专业博士学位。2013年8月-2015年8月在加州大学河滨分校进行联合培养研究。2016年8月-2019年12月在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究，2019年12月在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所任助理研究员，2020年1月起任副研究员。
主要从事植物病毒的致病机理及病毒病的检测鉴定等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持中国农业科学院植物保护研究所基本科研业务费1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目。以第一作者/共同通讯作者在viruses，plants，journal of integrative agriculture等刊物发表论文数篇。
